Site blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and includes a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing oversight disclosure.
